| Girls on the Run is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping girls stay out of the "girl box" using a 24-lesson curriculum designed to promote good choices for a lifetime of self respect and healthy living. The lessons, designed specifically to address "girl box" issues, uses warm-ups and workouts that encourage emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical well-being. Our goal for each girl is to:
